The Communications Training Programme is offered to employees in customer service, sales and adminitrative roles. The course covers business language, scripting, email construction, reporting and presentation skills. The trainers are a former Public Relations practitioner who will train on objection handling, message framing and tone, and an English Lecturer from Taylor's University with a PhD in the gamified learning of English vocabulary. Participants can expect to experience a transformation in their mindeset towards business development and communication as we aim to change the words they use in speaking to themselves and others.
