Terms and Conditions
By purchasing this training programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please ensure you read all terms carefully before proceeding with your purchase, as they contain important information regarding your rights, responsibilities, and the nature of the programme.

All information, guidance, and content provided within our training programmes are intended for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide effective and valuable resources, individual results may vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, personal effort, background, consistency, and adherence to the programme.
1. Course Enrolment
i. Registration is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or
purchase order.
ii. Confirmation of email will be delivered to your registered email address upon receiving
your submission by Pioneer Peaks Family Wellness Centre to confirm your specified
date.
iii. Pioneer Peaks Family Wellness Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses
due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be
offered alternative dates.
iv. Course confirmation (which is finalised by payment) should be made seven (7) days in
advance before the day commencement of course.
2. Payment Terms
i. Full payment of course fees must be made prior to the start of the course.
ii. No cash payments are allowed.
iii. Failure to complete payment (bank transfer / DuitNow QR payment / Ticket2U
payment gateway) may result in cancellation of your registration.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
i. If you wish to cancel your registration for a particular course, you must notify Pioneer
Peaks Family Wellness Centre in writing to main@pioneerpeaksmy.com at least 7 days in
advance before course commencement.
ii. Take note that there is no refund policy available. You may delay and change your
course for an unlimited number of times within 3 months (90 days) from the payment
date, after which the credit will be forfeited by Pioneer Peaks Family Wellness Centre.
iii. No refunds and credits will be given for no-show participants or cancellation on the
course date.
iv. In the event of course cancellation by Pioneer peaks Family Wellness Centre, a credit
will be issued for your registration to the new course conducted by Pioneer Peaks
Family Wellness Centre, which your credit will only expire based on Clause 2 in this
section from the date of credit issued as your payment date.
4. Certificate & Attendance
i. Certificates of completion will only be issued to participants who meet
a) Course attendance: 80% of total course hours
b) Course assessment: Average of 60% of all assessments
c) Submission of course evaluation form for the course
ii) Late arrivals or early departures may impact eligibility for certification.
5. Intellectual Property

All course materials provided, including slides, workbooks and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Pioneer Peaks Family Wellness Centre and are for personal and internal use only.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of course materials is prohibited, which may be subjected to Copyrights Act 1982 whenever imposed.
6. Data Protection & Privacy

Pioneer Peaks Family Wellness Centre will collect and store your personal information in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Your data will only be used for the purpose of course administration (including HRD Corp submission of levy) and communication. You may opt-in to receive updates on future courses and events.
7. Limitation for Liability

Pioneer Peaks Family Wellness Centre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the training services.

Liability for direct damages is limited to the full course fee paid.
8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
